Seller-run transactions, WiFi EV-moderated ads

• Sellers may advertise products and services, subject to WiFi EV admin review.
• Sellers pay WiFi EV for ad space; ads publish only after admin approval and payment confirmation.
• Buyers will message ad owners in WiFi EV to ask questions and discuss buying directly from them.
• Sellers handle buyer payments, fulfilment, returns, refunds and customer support directly.
• WiFi EV does not provide buyer checkout, hold funds or dispatch rides from ads.

Ad space packages

Introductory prices are approved for planning, but still need local market validation and accountant review.

• No automatic renewal. Renewal requires a fresh request and payment.
• Rejected before publication: full refund within five business days.
• Ads removed for WiFi EV operational reasons: unused days refunded pro rata.
• No refund after removal for a confirmed seller policy breach; this term needs legal review before launch.
• Payment must be reconciled to a business account record; a screenshot alone is not proof.
• Sellers need a verified phone, legal name, Ghana contact/location and accepted seller terms; high-risk offers need supporting credentials.
• Chat will support reporting and blocking. Ordinary messages are planned for deletion after 12 months; reported-case evidence may be kept up to 24 months.

Launch setup still required

• Legal, accounting and privacy review of the approved terms, restricted categories and chat retention.
• Choose a WiFi EV business payment account and a secure way to reconcile ad payments.
• Set up named moderator and payment-verifier accounts with MFA, plus a support contact.
• Until setup is complete, ads, seller submissions, chat and payments remain unavailable.
